APPLICATION FORM FOR PARTICIPATING IN 10km Solo or 16km Solo|Relay - PERHENTIAN ISLAND MARATHON SWIM 2025

Note:  Application is open until June 30 or the maximum slot has been reached

Note: This event is limited to 70 slots solo for all long distance events 10km Solo|16km Solo|16km team relay . Your application will be reviewed and the result will be sent to you within  2-3 weeks after submission.  You will be offered a slot if your application is successful.  A returning swimmer have higher chance to get a slot.  If the qualification is similar, we will choose the earlier submission ; first come first serve basis. If you are applying for a relay, only one person to apply on behalf of the team.
