Compulsory: Wearing safety buoy

Time Trial limit:  750m (30 pax) 1500m (70 pax). Complementary  Gifts for Top 3  Winners Male and Females. 

Entitlement: E-certificate (upon request), drinking water,  Medical team with ambulance (EMS/APM),

Events types: 

      1. Beginner  Clinic - Designed for first-timers; transition from pool based to open-water.   Introducing essential OWS skills to help you prepare for your first open water race. Learn how to overcome anxiety, how to sight & navigate, how  to turn, etc and gain confidence to swim in the sea.  Pre-requisite: able to swim freestyle 400m in a pool under 15 min. 

        2. OWS for kids - This session is designed for kids between from 7 year old.  It is conducted by coaching team of Bleufish Swim School specialized for kids open water swimming.  The kids session will start at 8:30am; earlier than adults. Must be able to swim freestyle and breaststroke. able to swim 100m non-stop.

      4. OWS Time Trials - This session is suitable to swimmers who already have OWS basic skills and would like to practice and condition by themselves. A swim course is setup with marking buoys, craft and lifeguard support. No coaching provided. First-timer is not recommended. You may choose 750m or 1500m.  Once your time-trial completed, you may continue to swim until the session end.
